Smart Moves Pilates is based at the Dundee Pilates Studio, which is located in a quiet courtyard close to the centre of Dundee. The studio offers both Matwork and Reformer classes and is the only dedicated Body Control Pilates studio in Dundee.

Individual and group classes are available throughout the week between 8am and 9pm. As group class numbers are small, both the 1:1 sessions and the group sessions are tailored to the individual client needs. Owing to the step-by-step approach of the Body Control Pilates teaching method there are classes available to suit everyone, regardless of age and level of fitness.
